The aim of K-TLO is to accelerate the realization of a healthy, affluent and secure society by promoting technology transfer, supporting collaborative research between universities and the industrial sector, and providing assistance to venture companies.

We provide necessary management support for intellectual property rights held by Kyoto University, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine, Ritsumeikan University, Wakayama University and others, and also facilitate the transfer of useful rights to the industrial sector.
